**Job Title: Part-Time RN Supervisor (3-11 Shift)**

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated RN Supervisor to join our team during the crucial evening shifts.

**Position Overview:**
The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and operations on the 3-11 shift. This role includes ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, supporting nursing staff, and managing day-to-day activities on the unit. The RN Supervisor will work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care and a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
- Monitor and assess patient care, providing guidance and support to nursing staff as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient and family concerns, addressing issues and facilitating communication.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in staff training and development, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Assist in the management of staffing levels, including scheduling and supporting staff as needed.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Document incidents and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid RN license in California
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer applications.
